Cancelation Procedure

**Appointment Updates**
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please call or text us if you anticipate being late or need to change your appointment. When booking online, you will be asked provide your credit card information; we now require a card on file for all appointments. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for no appointments or those canceled on the same day without rescheduling.

**Prepaid Treatments**
Any promotional services left unused in your prepaid account, also known as your wallet, will expire after one year. The service will convert to the amount of credit you paid, but the original service will only be available at the current price. Facials linked to the facial membership will completely expire after one year.
